The Antikythera Mechanism at the National Archaeological Museum

The Mechanism is kept within the National Archaeological Museum collections since its discovery in 1901; its three main fragments were on display at the Bronze Collection until April 2013. The totality of the 82 fragments are now shown at the Antikythera Shipwreck Exhibition.
Other bronze artefacts from the Antikythera wreck were also on display within the same room, while statues and other objects from the wreck (like magnificent glassware) could be admired in other rooms and the atrium. After the end of the Antikythera Shipwreck exhibition, the Antikythera Mechanism will be presented into a dedicated room.
